Es ist offiziell: das Monster hat die Umbaumaßnahmen inkl. seines Umzugs über den Sommer nicht überlebt. Auch die Störung durch den Schreiner in der Winterpause hat sicher nicht dazu beigetragen, dass es ihm besser ging. Ich hatte noch 7 Ableger gemacht – von denen lebt nur noch einer, aber wie ich befürchte auch nicht mehr lange…

It’s official: the monster did not survive the rehab that was going on here last summer – and resulted in it having to move. And the fact that the carpenter disturbed its hibernation probably didn’t help either. I had taken 7 off-shoots – only one is still with us and I’m afraid not much longer…

Und als wäre das nicht traurig genug, ist mir auch noch ein Stück Backenzahn eklig rausgebrochen – wie kann man eine Woche besser starten, als mit einem Besuch (von dann wahrscheinlich mind. 3) beim Zahnarzt? Doch die Rettung folgte alsbald: ich habe die April Challenge der Pixie Dust Paperie gewonnen! Dieser Tage ist alles im Zeichen des Big Apple!

And if that wasn’t bad enough, one of my molars was falling apart – how better to start off a week than by seeing your dentist (and having a minimum of 2 more visits ahead of you)?
