Auf den ersten Blick könnte man ja den Eindruck gewinnen, dass mir der Botanische Garten nur den Balkon ersetzt und alle anderen seien mir ziemlich egal. Dem ist aber nicht so!

I’m pretty sure that at first sight think people might think that my interest in the Botanical Gardens around the corner is purely to make up for the lack of a balcony and I couldn’t care less about other Botanical Gardens. Wrong!

Es ist jetzt zwar schon wieder fast drei Wochen her, dass ich in Frankfurt war, aber ich bin bislang einfach nicht dazu gekommen, von meinem Besuch im dortigen Palmengarten zu berichten. Das ist eine etwas andere Nummer, als der Botanische Garten in Bonn, was sich schon am fantastischen Internetauftritt zeigt. Aber das könnte ja täuschen.

It’s already been almost three weeks since I was in Frankfurt but I just didn’t get around to telling you about my visit to their Palmengarten, yet. It’s another thing altogether which you can already guess at when checking out their web presence. But that could be misleading.

Tut es aber nicht.
