Während ich im Supermarkt gestern noch den Nieselregen abdampfte und die steif gefrorenen Finger aufzuwärmen versuchte, lief mir ein Bekannter über den Weg, der mir verkündete, das Wetter sei „Fantastisch, einfach fantastisch!“ Auf die Frage, welchen Aspekt genau er denn fantastisch finde, antwortete er: „Alles! Aber besonders, dass ich zuhause sitzen und faulenzen kann und keiner mich durch die Gegend scheucht.“

I was still getting the drizzle to evaporate and trying to get my frozen fingers to obey again when I met a friend in the supermarket who announced that the weather was „Fantastic, absolutely fantastic!“ I then inquired which aspect of it exactly he considered to be fantastic and he replied: „Everything! But in particular the fact that I can stay at home and be lazy – nobody sending me off to do things all the time.“

Man könnte sich ja einbilden, es seien schweflige Ablagerungen… vielleicht lebt der Vulkan im Bild oben ja doch noch. Tief drinnen… 😉

You can almost believe these are traces of sulfur… maybe the volcano in the picture above is still alive after all. Deep inside… 😉
