Der Tag begann mit einem Besuch bei meinen fröhlich scharrenden Patenkindern, wo ich mich wieder mit Eiern ausgestattet habe. Und mit einem wunderbaren Blumenstrauß, siehe oben. Gestern Abend bin ich tief in Bastellaune verfallen und habe mich der Herausforderung der Jingle Belles gestellt: Weihnachts-Tic-Tac-Toe.
I started the day with a visit at my happy hens and got my share of eggs. And a beautiful flower bouquet, see above. Last night was all creative and I took up the Jingle Belles‘ challenge: Christmas Tic-Tac-Toe.
Die Karte muss entweder alle in einer horizontalen, vertikalen oder diagonalen Reihe genannten Charakteristika aufweisen. Und als ich bemerkt habe, dass allein mein Motiv schon vier aufwies (Schneemann, Santa Claus, Glitter UND Bling, rot UND grün) wollte ich erst versuchen, ALLE neun zu schaffen.
The card needs to feature all three items either of a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row. And when I noticed that my little centerpiece in and of itself already had four (snowman, Santa, glitter AND bling, red AND green) I was determined to incorporate all nine of them.
Also kam noch eine Blume dazu, ein ausgestanztes Teil (bzw. zwei) und ein bisschen Prägung… es scheiterte dann an dem Stempel und dann habe ich die Schleife letztlich auch weggelassen 🙂
So I added a flower, some die cuts, a little dry embossing… couldn’t think of a way to add stamping after all and then decided to pass on the ribbon as well 😉
Das hat nochmal richtig Spaß gemnacht! Nun euch allen ein schönes Wochenende!

Ich kann mich ja jetzt immer August noch immer nicht so richtig an Weihnachtskarten erfreuen…:-) Aber eine DAVON will ich trotzdem haben!!! 🙂

well, i cannot say that this sweet and adorable card needs ONE MORE THING, so i think we can excuse the lack of ribbon & embossing and call it a 7 times TIC TAC TOE masterpiece right now! brilliant take on the game, so pleased you could join our fun at JINGLE BELLES! ♥♥♥
