Nach einjähriger Abstinenz, die viel mit umziehen, ausmisten, organisieren und renovieren zu tun hatte (und vielleicht auch mit der Ankunft von Katze Larry), bin ich in den vergangenen 24 Stunden komplett ausgeflippt und habe knapp 30 Karten gebastelt. Ich mache nur gerade eine Pause, um diese hier, die alles ausgelöst hat, zu posten. Endlich konnte ich mich mal wieder umsehen und war zu allererst bei den Jingle Belles, wo es darum geht, alles in rot zu gestalten.
After a forced creative break of about a year which had a lot to do with moving, clearing attics and basements, organizing and renovating (and possibly the arrival of Larry the cat), I have now come back with a vengeance, creating 30 cards within the past 24 hours. And I’m only taking a break to post the one that started it all. I had time to go to my favorite challenges again and first checked out the Jingle Belles, where red is of the essence this fortnight.
Es ist mir klar, dass am Ende vielleicht ein bisschen wenig rot dabei rausgekommen ist, aber ich kann meine Freude darüber, ENDLICH wieder mal was gebastelt zu haben, kaum im Zaum halten. Die Reinigung des Gartenwegs kann warten! Das Aufräumen des zweiten Kellerraums auch!
I do realize that in the end there may be too little red involved for it to qualify but I just can’t contain my excitement about being back in my creative nook. Cleaning the garden path can wait! So can cleaning the second room in the basement!
Das Thema „Draht“ zieht sich übrigens durch die neueste Kollektion. Mal sehen, wo das noch endet. Seriously? 30 cards in 24 hours? Wow! Good for you … and welcome back! i look forward to seeing more of your creations in the upcoming days. I also feel I need to step up my own Christmas making act, since I’m lagging behind. I did not even manage to create a card for this fortnight’s JB challenge. Not sure I can still manage tonight before the linky closes.

30 cards in one day that is BEYOND impressive!!! and i definitely think that this lovely and super fun card is still predominantly red so no worries there! i love that fun twist of wire… kind of making me want to add that into some of my own designs! so pleased you could join our JINGLE BELLES fun!
