The New York Café was just around the corner from the conference venue so we went there one night. Very impressive – and it’s almost too distracting to keep the conversation flowing.
Meine Kollegin scherzte, dass die Kellner wahrscheinlich gar nicht anders können, als Urlaub in Design Hotels zu machen, wo klare Linien vorherrschen… als Erholung vom Arbeitsplatz in dieser opulenten Umgebung.
In fact, my colleague joked that the waiters working there probably needed to go to design hotels with clear lines in order to recover from being in an environment as overwhelming as this all day, every day.
Der Eiskaffee „Macaron“ war auch zu empfehlen… dass ich mich abends gegen 21 Uhr dazu hinreißen ließ, weniger. Zuviel Koffein zu später Stunde!
The iced coffee „macaron“ is a recommendation… though not after 9 pm when I had it. Too much caffeine too late in the day!

They call this a cafe??? It’s like a palace!! Wow!! What a spectacular place! Beats a cafe here any day!!
