Während die Reiseberichte zu einem abrupten Ende fanden und ich es in den letzten Wochen nicht geschafft habe, mich zum bloggen (oder viel anderem, bei der Hitze) zu motivieren, gibt es heute mal wieder einen Beitrag für jene, die den Blog wegen des Kreativteils lesen. Ich habe vor einer Weile hunderte an sich schöner Grußkarten mit Aquarellmotiven aus der Toskana bekommen – die kann ja kein Mensch alle verschicken. Nun habe ich überlegt, wie sie ein zweites Leben als Weihnachtskarten bekommen könnten. Das ist der erste Versuch.
While my travel and hiking posts came to an abrupt end and I just couldn’t rallye to blog (or much else, for that matter, due to the heat), I share a post today for those of you who read this blog for the crafting content. A while ago I was given literally hundreds of beautiful greetings cards featuring water colors from Tuscany – there’s no way I can actually send all those as they are. So I was wondering how I could give them a second life. This is the first try.
Vielleicht könnte die weihnachtliche Explosion in toskanischem Ambiente noch mehr Raum einnehmen… mal sehen, was weitere Spielereien ergeben.
Maybe this Christmas explosion in a Tuscan landscape could be larger… well, let’s see what further experiments will yield.
Im Nachhinein merke ich dann: es laufen gerade einige Challenges mit einem passenden Thema.
