Für den Moment läuft alles im Sinne der heimlichen Herrscherin dieses Hauses, aber das kann sich ja in Sekundenschnelle ändern. Also: bei ABC Christmas Challenges hat man momentan sogar drei Möglichkeiten: E für Embossing, F für Freebie, G für Gold. Mir ist eine Karte gelungen, die E und G abdeckt:

Die „Medaille“ ist eigentlich ein Geschenkanhänger, den ich vor einigen Jahren zur Verwendung in der Kartenproduktion geschenkt bekam (in dreifacher Ausführung… und so gibt es diese Karte auch in dreifacher Ausführung) und für den Hintergrund habe ich die Cuttlebug rausgekramt.

The „ornament“ is actually a gift tag that I was given a few years back to use on a Christmas card (it’s a trio of them… so I made three cards). For the background I got out the Cuttlebug and trust me, over the past week I got so much out I can hardly move in my room.

Doch nun: genießt euren Sonntag. Hier steht das lang erwartete Downton Abbey-Finale an – wegen Terminfindungsschwierigkeiten lag die DVD verschweißt über MONATE hier rum. DAS ist wahre Freundschaft. Aber jetzt muss ich Mrs. Patmores Gurken Sandwiches machen.

But now be off and enjoy your Sunday. Meanwhile, I will finally get to watch the Downton Abbey finale – I’ve had the DVD lying around here for MONTHS because we couldn’t agree on a date. THAT is true friendship. Anyhow, I need to get Mrs. Patmore’s cucumber sandwiches ready.
