So langsam, ganz, ganz langsam, wäre es mir schon irgendwie recht, wenn die Arbeiten an der Außendämmung ein Ende fänden und das Gerüst wieder abgebaut würde. Das Dämmen an sich ist wohl fertig, aber es muss nun noch verputzt und gestrichen werden (Die Bauarbeiter sprechen nur Spanisch. Kommunikation war schwierig. „When will your boss be here?“ – „???“ – „Votre patron??“ – „El Jefe?“… Ja, genau der…). Dieser wunderbare Blick aus meinem Schlafzimmer wiederholt sich an allen anderen Fenstern meiner Wohnung…

Slowly, very, very slowly, I would appreciate it if they finished working on the insulation and took away the scaffolding again. The insulation as such is finished I think (The workers only speak Spanish. Communication is difficult. „When will your boss be here?“ – „???“ – „Votre patron??“ – „El Jefe?“… YES! That’s the one…). This wonderful view from my bedroom is an example for all the views I currently have from my apartment.

Was bleibt einem dann anderes, als die Konzentration auf Bastelarbeiten? Immer heiter weiter! Auch die Sparkles Christmas Challenge im Oktober war letztlich kein Gegner 😉 Hier ging es darum, die Worte eines Weihnachtslieds oder dessen Inhalt in irgendeiner Form auf der Karte darzustellen. Und ich hatte da noch dieses niedliche Rentier…

So what else can you do other than concentrating on crafts?? And on we go! Mel over at Sparkles Christmas Challenge made October the Christmas song month: we’re supposed to create a card either showing (parts of) the text of a Christmas song or present an illustration of it. That was a piece of cake as I still had this cute little reindeer…
