Wohl wahr: das Farbschema hier, die Küken und die bunten Lichter, die auf dem ersten Blick auch als Konfetti durchgehen könnten, lassen mehr auf Karneval schließen, als auf Weihnachten. Aber das ist einfach so passiert. Hätte ich mich für Rotkehlchen entschieden, wäre das total anders ausgegangen. Aber ich finde, die Karte macht Spaß! Und alles fing an beim neu entdeckten Muse: ChristmasVisions Challenge Blog, wo es einer Inspiration durch eine andere Karte (siehe ganz unten) nachzueifern gilt. Mich inspirierte die Christbaumkugel.
True: the color combo, the chickens and the colored lights (which might come across as confetti at first sight), are more reminiscent of carnival than Christmas. But it just happened. Had I decided on robins, things would have turned out a whole lot differently. But I think this card is a lot of fun! And it all started on the Muse: ChristmasVisions challenge blog that I’ve only recently discovered. Their current challenge is to be inspired by the card of Stephanie Lanzalotto (see bottom of this post) – the ornament did it for me.
