Das muss, was die Zahl der Beiträge angeht, der „lahmste“ Dezember seit Bestehen dieses Blogs sein – ich gelobe (und wünsche mir selbst) Besserung für 2017. Ein paar Eindrücke des Weihnachts-Klatschs in diesem Jahr wollte ich euch dennoch nicht vorenthalten. Dieses Jahr stand er unter dem Motto „Weihnachten im Wald“… und ist schon bald drei Wochen her.

I guess this must have been the slowest December post-wise since I started this blog – I promise improvement for 2017, not least because I myself really need it. I don’t want to let you go without a few impressions from this year’s Christmas coffeeklatsch which took place almost three weeks ago already and was all about „Christmas in the Woods“.

Außerdem muss ich ja noch das Endergebnis des Fundraisers für das Elisabeth-Hospiz in Lohmar verkünden. Die 1000 Euro haben wir knapp verfehlt (aber man muss ja auch noch Ziele haben…). Insgesamt kamen nun 975 Euro zusammen! Vielen, vielen Dank für euer Engagement! Ihr seid der Hammer!

And of course there’s the result of the fundraiser for the Elisabeth Hospice in Lohmar to announce. We missed the 1000 Euros mark (but then that’s something to go for next year!). We have raised a total of 975 Euros! Thank you SOOO much for your participation! You rock!

Ich hoffe, zum Jahresende könnt ihr es alle ruhig angehen lassen und findet ein wenig Erholung – um dann gestärkt ins neue Jahr zu gehen. Frohe Weihnachten und alles Gute für 2017!
