In ungefähr zweieinhalb Monaten ist es wieder soweit: mein mittlerweile traditioneller Online-Basar zugunsten des Elisabeth-Hospiz in Lohmar wird gestartet. Und so langsam beginnen sehr konkrete Vorbereitungen. Dieses Jahr werden auch handgestrickte Socken im Angebot sein und diese sollen mit Schildchen ausgestattet sein, die

1) die Attraktivität – wenn überhaupt möglich – noch erhöhen
2) die notwendige Info rüberbringen
3) in der Herstellung „nichts“ kosten und massenproduzierbar sind
… ich glaube, das ist gelungen:

In about two and a half months it will take place again: my by now traditional online bazaar for the Elisabeth Hospice in Lohmar. And slowly my preparations for it start to get very concrete. This year the offer will include handknit socks and they need tags that

1) if at all possible increase the appeal of the product
2) give all the necessary info
3) cost „nothing“ to make and can be mass produced
… I think I came up with the right design:

Die Basis ist ein Trennblatt-Rest, dazu etwas Washi Tape und die sehr günstig in Oslo erworbenen „Handmade with Love“ Aufkleber – und die eigene Handschrift. Diese sehr einfachen Tags gabe ich in den Wettbewerb bei Christas Crafts All Year Round, wo es diesen Monat heißt: alles, nur keine Karte.

The base are scraps from office supplies, a little washi tape and the „Handmade with Love“ stickers I once got really cheap in Oslo – and my own handwriting. I will enter these very simple tags over at Christmas Crafts All Year Round and their September challenge „Anything but a card.“
