The spell is broken: here it is, the first Christmas card of 2016! And soon I will have daylight again to take pictures, too. My little studio in a box that I have thought about making for a long time, just doesn’t come off the ground. So the colors are all slightly off but at least you can get an idea (I hope).
The current challenge over at Winter Wonderland asks us to use Something New so it’s perfect for this card: a friend brought the papers from a vacation in Scotland and the tag with the skates is from another dear friend who gave me a whole box of different ready-made tags for Christmas. So there’s more of that to come!
Have a good week – and welcome back, there’s more to come over the next days and weeks!
Barbara
Update!! Marianne kindly drew my attention to another challenge: Rudolph Days Challenge! Thank you, Marianne, the card is entered there, too!
Congratulations on your first and fab Christmas card of 2016! I thought I got off to a really good start, posting my first Christmas card on 31 December, but unfortunately nothing has happened since.
Maybe you could also link up your card for the current Rudolph Days challenge at http://scrapsoflifebyscrappymo.blogspot.gr/2015/01/january-2015-rudolph-days-challenge.html
