Mein nun nicht mehr ganz so neues Hobby Postcrossing habe ich ja bereits beschrieben. Bislang wurde ich meist von Briefmarken aus den Niederlanden enttäuscht… ehrlich gesagt finde ich sie – oder zumindest die, die meistens auf den Karten sind – ziemlich langweilig (also: es ist immer die gleiche). Aber jetzt gibt es doch tatsächlich eine Postcrossing-Briefmarke!

I have already described my not quite so new hobby Postcrossing in an earlier post already. So far I was usually pretty much disappointed by the stamps on postcards from the Netherlands. To be honest: they are usually boring (as it’s always the same). But now they have actually published a postcrossing stamp!

Die Statistiken über die geschriebenen und erhaltenen Postkarten finde ich interessant… und sie brachten mich auf den Gedanken, mir auch mal den „Traffic“ auf diesem Blog anzusehen. Da erwartete ich zu großen Anteilen deutsche und amerikanische Aufrufe (von Freunden und Papierverrückten). Und das ist das Ergebnis (Traffic seit 25.2.12, generiert von wordpress.com):

Es gibt gleich viele Aufrufe aus Myanmar wie aus den Niederlanden (15). Oder aus Norwegen, wie aus Burundi (9). Finnland und Uganda reichen sich die Hand (5), sowie Costa Rica und Brasilien (7). Ich liebe Karten…

Traffic from Myanmar is just as frequent as from the Netherlands (15). 9 hits both from Norway and from Burundi. Finland and Uganda both made 5 hits – and surprisingly there were more from both Brazil and Costa Rica (7). I love maps… and postcards, too!
